RBC Royal bank Cutomer Churn Analysis(Power BI)

I did customer churn analysis for the RBC royal bank of Canada, using Power BI the data are from 2016-2019. It is advantageous for banks to know what leads a client towards the decision to leave the company.

EirGrid Energy Demand(Python)

I used intraday 15-minute energy demand data from EirGrid for 2014, to analyse how the energy demand varies over the course of the year. The Monthly, weekly, daily and hourly energy demand. The analysis was done using python, jupyter notebook. More on the link below

Online Health Information(NLP)

A research on Online Health information, we are using an AI techniques - topic modeling to identify what pregnancy information is available in Kinyarwanda. The aim is to identify what information gaps exist by comparing our results with recommendations by the Rwandan Ministry ofHealth and the World Health Organization.

I have used "Bike Buyers Dataset for Exploratory Data Analysis" dataset from kaggle, cleaned the data using excel, created pivot tables and visualizations. I have used excel for the analysis and the creation of the dashboard.

As part of my undergraduate requirements I Designed and diployed a chatbot on both Telegram and Facebook. I was basecally designed to answer most FAQ of Equity bank.
